Puentes/Bridges, a ground-breaking collaboration that includes Taller Puertorriqueño (Taller), Members of The Philadelphia Orchestra, Intercultural Journeys, the Artistas y Músicos Latino-Americanos (AMLA), and PIFA, will produce and host a series of Festival-related events, including master classes and exhibits, throughout the year at Taller, Esperanza Academy (AMLA’s home base) and other community schools.

On April 29th, an exciting evening of art exhibits and music will be presented in the heart of the Latino community, at Taller's headquarters. Members of the Philadelphia Orchestra and Intercultural Journeys, including the Orchestra’s principal clarinetist Ricardo Morales, will join forces with adult and advanced student musicians from AMLA in a free concert featuring classical and popular works by Latino composers.


Una colaboración innovadora entre Taller Puertorriqueño (Taller), Miembros de la
Orquesta de Philadelphia, Intercultural Journeys, the Artistas y Músicos Latino-Americanos (AMLA), y PIFA .Juntos producirán y serán sede de una serie de eventos relacionados al Festival durante todo el año que incluyen clases,
exhibiciones, ferias a lo largo de todo el año en Taller, Espereranza Academy y otras escuelas de la comunidad.
