June 18 12 noon to 2am: Citibank Summer Solstice at the Kimmel Center

Leana Song opens this year's Summer Solstice at noon with a drum ceremony, followed by a 1:00 PM performance. Oscuro Quintet will play tango music, and will be joined by two tango dancers and a singer. Minas will perform Bossa Nova and samba with costumed dancers, and midnight will bring a dance party with DJ Rahsaan and other musical guests.There are lots of activities and programs for children, too.
