Celebrate Puebla, Mexico’s classic sandwich at Cantina La Martina’s second annual Cemita Festival. This year, the fest taps the chefs behind some of Philadelphia’s buzziest eateries and pop-ups — including Farina Di Vita, REUBY, Paffuto and Gilda — to put their spin on the cemita. Grab cash and head down to La Placita Fishtown, one of Cantina La Martina’s new outdoor outposts (the other being at Cherry Street Pier). Sammies are $15 each. Alcoholic beverages are BYOB, but non-alcoholic margaritas, palomas, cantaritos and beer are available during the festivities. You can work off all the carbs dancing to live music by Calirumba @calirumbaentertainment.
