Back after Summer hiatus! Now that it’s starting to get a little chilly tout there, we’re back hosting this beloved tradition. Rumbas are held on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. They are Afro-Cuban percussion jams, open to anyone who plays its traditional rhythms. Rumbas are NOT performances, they're an immersive experience, we share food, drinks and joy! You are welcome to bring anything you would like to share or not. (Not necessarily appropriate for children, your call though)

NOTE: Tonight Oct 10, there will be a small crew of filmmakers around, our friends Melissa Skolnick-Noriega and Andres Cisneros from Activate Stories (https://facebook.us5.list-manage.com/track/click?u=e087217019e60429db0262ed7&id=859a0f75e1&e=51ff21b987) , who are making a documentary of the Philly Rumba scene, if you're a rumba regular or not but would like to be a part of this documentation, get over here!
