July 10, 2014 6:30-8:00 PM Special Maracatu Workshop with Alex Shaw at Moving Arts Mt. Airy

Alex Shaw has agreed to offer a one-time Maracatu percussion workshop on Thursday July 10th at MaMa, 6:30pm-8:00pm.

Alex has studied Maracatu extensively and will be able to give a great intro to this rhythm from northeastern Brazil.
