PHILADELPHIA - MAY 22 - AfroTaino + Maas Building present an entertainment partnership series. SESSION is a curated music & performance salon series featuring regional & international artists.
On May 22, 2019, the series kicks off with the Philadelphia debut of Alfonsina (@esalfonsina) Uruguayan singer/multi instrumentalist. After touring and collaborating with legendary experimental hiphop producer/artist Tricky, she went on a 3-year streak of winning multiple Graffiti awards (Uruguay’s “GRAMMYs”), including Best New Artist in 2015. In preparation for her new project, she’ll be performing an intimate set of her chart-toppers and unheard, new material. Another act scheduled to perform is Roomtone, and the event will also be the official playback listening party for Josue Lora & Nota G’s new album “Morir Soñando”.
