Free Friday Concert & Tap Lesson at Parkway Central Library

Are you jazz curious? Tap dance inquisitive? Throughout American history, tap dancers and jazz musicians created alongside each other and still influence each other today. Learn more through a jazz tap demonstration by Pamela Hetherington and participate in a short tap lesson, no shoes required! Live piano accompaniment will be provided. All ages welcome. This hour is presented by the Philadelphia Jazz Tap Ensemble and the Free Library of Philadelphia.
