September 29, 2024 3:00PM Hacia La Luz (Towards the Light) Flamenco Show at Rittenhouse Filmworks

I am proud to present my new work, Hacia La Luz, which will be premiering during the Philadelphia Fringe Festival! The performances will be at Rittenhouse Filmworks, located at 219 W Rittenhouse St. Philadelphia, PA 19144. You can purchase tickets by clicking here! Tickets are general admission, $25 for a standard ticket, and $20 for a Student/Senior ticket.

I am so very excited and grateful but anxious to be able to premier my new work Hacia La Luz at the upcoming Fringe Festival on September 27-29 at the beautiful Rittenhouse Filmworks!

After discovering in 2018 that my true heritage is 51% indigenous, after being told for most of my life that my family's roots were of Spanish descent, I found myself thrown off-center. What does it really mean to be of Andean descent?  My discovery led me to research and dive deeply into the history, cosmology, culture, plant medicine and shamanism that belonged to my ancestors. As a result of my explorations, I created a one woman show La Bolivianita that premiered at the Philly Fringe 2019.
