This immersive gathering brings Ivorian mask traditions into motion through live drumming, mask performance, and cultural interpretation rooted in respect and authenticity.
Presented as part of Sira: A Virtual Museum of West African Masks and Their Stories, this experience is not only a community encounter — it is also part of the museum’s creation. Live filming and documentation will take place during the event, capturing the movement, sound, and communal energy that will become part of the evolving Sira virtual museum.
