Overseeing the evening and assembling the event is DJ/producer Aaron Luis Levinson AKA The Kosherican. Levinson is a veteran record label owner and Grammy-winning producer with a praiseworthy background as a musician/
composer. In 2005, Levinson won the Grammy for Salsa Album of the Year.
