Dynamic percussionists Josh Robinson, Alex Shaw and Francois Zayas introduce audiences to the language of drums and demonstrate the power of communication beyond words while celebrating the traditions of Latin and Brazilian percussion. The audience takes a journey through the origins, history and classic rhythms of samba, salsa and more and learns how percussion relates to their everyday world. Under the expert guidance of the artists, the audience participates and connects to the music through the mesmerizing rhythms of Latin music.
