March 6, 2014 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM "Some Enchanted Evening" A Benefit Concert for Ron Tarlton at Chris' Jazz Cafe

It's time to share the plans for the Benefit Concert being held on behalf of Ron Talton, Night Manager at Chris' Jazz Cafe on Sansom Street. As many of you in the Jazz community may recall, Ron Talton, professionally known as Ron T., and affectionately referred to as "Super Soul Brother" (by myself), lost his home and all personal possessions in a devastating fire, on January 31, 2014.

Ron escaped injury, but was absolutely flummoxed by the sustained outpouring of concern and love for him and his safety. Many, many people near and far, friends, family as well as strangers expressed a desire to do something to help him get back on his feet.


Well, with aid and action from the community, rest-assured, everyone will be able to do just that...HELP RON! On Thursday, March 6, 2014, the night will begin and end with a steady stream of superior musical entertainment, donated by Philadelphia's Brightest!!

HERE IS WHERE IT BEGINS...

1. The "DOOR" - What can you graciously afford? The sky's the limit!


100% OF ALL DONATIONS WILL GO DIRECTLY TO RON T.!!

2. Chris' Jazz Cafe will incur all Credit Card fees for any Credit Card Donations!

3. A List of Essential Household items, that Ron may need to turn his current domicile (graciously donated by a local Businessman) into a cushy lair, will be provided!
