On March 4th, IHP hosts PhillyBloco! This is Brazilian music at its finest...PhillyBloco’s twenty-four members feature a core of twelve Samba drummers along with vocals, guitar, bass, horns, accordion, violin, keyboard, and costumed dancers. Don’t miss this wild and colorful mash-up of samba, funk, and reggae, all set to the irresistible beat of Brazilian Carnaval!
We're also excited to announce a very special set by Worldtown, who seamlessly mix Brazilian, West African, West Indian, Middle Eastern and Balkan riddims.
In addition, there will be a selection of complimentary light bites from Chima Brazilian Steakhouse, and a cash bar with wine, beer, as well as a signature Brazilian caipirinha cocktail by Leblon Cachaça.
