Join us for an evening of cocktails, tasty Brazilian food, and live music at Chima Steakhouse.
The event will feature a children's Capoeira show, raffles, and a silent auction to benefit Project Capoeira, a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit cultural organization devoted to the preservation and teaching of the Brazilian art of Capoeira.
All proceeds will go towards the planning and execution of “Brazilian Day Philadelphia”, a free community festival presented by Project Capoeira, DRWC and PECO at Penn’s Landing on Sunday, September 21, 2014. The mission of Brazilian Day Philadelphia is to celebrate the wonderful culture and traditions of Brazil and to share with the public the diverse ethnic heritage that makes Brazil unique and rich in cultural pride.
Tickets: $25 in advance or $35 at the door, $8/child
Ticket includes: Hors d’oeuvres, all-you-can-eat meat, networking (bring business cards) and fun!
Guests must present printed tickets for admittance to the event.
