Join host, trumpeter Chris Aschman, along with West Philadelphia's best house band, as he brings the best of the Calabash Jazz Sessions to the Philadelphia Art Museum's Great Hall for Valentines Day. Four of Philly's greatest and most unsung vocalists will be giving their unique takes on the Great American Songbook: Pearl Williams, Michael Andrews, Jeannie Brooks, and Pamela Renee Smith. The swinging house band from the celebrated West Philadelphia Tuesday jam sessions at 62nd and Malvern will be featured, in Mike Boone in bass, Frank Strauss on keys, and Khary Shaheed on drumset. A night to remember!
