*The class starts with a 25-minute warm up that exercises basic isolation of the body, following by stretching and strengthening exercises. After the warm up, Angelica introduces the students samba no pé (basic samba step) and passo marcado (simple choreographies) typical of the Rio Carnaval. The whole class happens in the sound of the upbeat and irresistible Brazilian music. Be ready to sweat!! ;)
