On Saturday, July 16th starting at 5:00 PM, join La Guagua 47 crew, dancers and actors to be part of the filming of La Gran Fiesta, La Guagua 47’s culminating scene celebrating Philadelphia’s Latinidad. The scene will represent community, unity, Latino culture, arts, and finding home in one another. Members of Philadelphia’s diverse Latino community, family and friends are invited to hop on the bus and come dance, wear clothing representative of their cultures and bring flags, sing, bring musical instruments and play along with the music, enjoy some light Latino fare, and be part of this magical realism-inspired film experience in Philadelphia’s Latino community.
Admission is free, but capacity is limited so registration is required, at www.laguagua47.com, or eventbrite.
