June 19, 2015 8:00 PM Clubhouse Concert with El Caribefunk and Rafael Pondé
The international summer of love continues on June 19th at the Clubhouse.
Our first featured, Rafael Pondé, is a cultural ambassador from Salvador da Bahia, Brazil, sent by his government to share Brazil's rich musical tradition with American audiences and musicians. Former guitarist of the Natiruts, he performs Reggae, Samba and other Afro-Brazilian with authentic Bahian flavor.
Closing the official part of the night, we'll have our summer residents, El Caribefunk, headline the night with their undeniable blend of Salsa, Funk, and Caribbean Music. Rumor has it they'll be making a video of the show, so come get your sweet dance moves on there!
Ryan Tennis will open the night with a short set, and there promises to be a good jam session after the featured acts!
