Do you love music? Have you ever played a musical instrument? Would you like to join other teens to learn authentic Brazilian songs and play real samba percussion instruments? During the next few weeks you'll learn about the country and culture of Brazil. Come to learn simple dance steps and even some words in Portuguese! Even if you don't have any musical experience, we'll teach you everything you'll need to know. There are only 20 spaces available so sign up soon!
Sign up for "Brazilian Adventure" by Minas. We will supply the intruments and all the equipment you'll need. There will be 10 classes and then a performance.
Classes take place at 2:00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
July 7 & 8, July 14 & 15, July 21 & 22, July 28 & 29, August 4 & 5
Dress rehearsal August 6 at 6:00 PM, performance at 7:00 PM, followed by a reception (pizza and refreshments provided)
The event takes place at the 20th Century Club on Lansdowne Ave. Your friends and family will not believe how much you've learned in just one month.
