Join us for a night of Salsa dancing in the Piazza! We are teaming up with Siempre Salsa Philly and Philadelphia Dance Foundation for an evening of Latin Music and Salsa dancing. There will be a FREE salsa lesson starting at 7pm with dancing beginning at 7:30pm. No cover, all ages just come ready to dance!
Philadelphia Dance Foundation strives to use the power of dance to enrich the lives of our youth. The mission of the Philadelphia Dance Foundation is to enrich the lives and education of High School students in Philadelphia through social dance.
Siempre Salsa Philly is an initiative undertaken by Rob Bernberg (Latin Beat Magazine), Jesse Bermudez (rayjess.com radio) and Carlos Sanchez (Orquesta del Barrio) to grow the audience for authentic salsa music in the City of Philadelphia through a series of educational and entertainment events scheduled to take place the week of July 6th-12th.
