May 7, 2016 10:00AM to 4:00PM May Fair in Clark Park with Live Music

Spruce Hill Community Association presents its annual May Fair!

Once again the fair will have lots for kids of all ages: the petting zoo and pony rides will be back, along with an obstacle course and a bounce house. There will be music from local groups (see line up below) and delicious offerings from some of the top vendor trucks in University City. There will be a plant sale by the University City Garden Club, a $1 used book sale with lots of great titles, and a raffle – the top prize this year will be an Apple watch, donated by the University Family Fun Center. Many local artisans and crafts people will be offering their wares at the vending booths.

Clark Park, at 43rd St. and Chester Ave. There is no rain date for the May Fair.

The fair is also an excellent opportunity for groups and causes based in University City to do community outreach by getting a vending table – only $30 for non-profits and $40 for groups doing fund-raising or those selling crafts and other wares. If interested, leave a message at the SHCA center (215-349-7825) or send an email to ma.wa@verizon.net.
