| Barks on Tap: Seger Park Come out to support Seger Dog Park! Located on Lombard Street between 10th & 11th, Seger Park is the perfect place for pups & neighbors to meet. Philly’s traveling beer garden will be there at 4 PM to serve up brews and bites while our canine friends play in the off-leash dog run, and live music starts at 5 PM. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the Seger Park Dog Owners Association.
