Philly Drum Project Presents: is a new quarterly showcase, offing guests of all ages the unique opportunity to experience great musicians in an intimate setting and learn what drives their passion.

Our first featured artist of the 2020 is drummer, band-mate, and Maracatu/Pandeiro percussion teacher, Scott Kettner!
Don't miss this opportunity to meet and learn from Scott at this interactive workshop/performance.
Scott's Band Nation Beat will also be doing a live recording later that night and Philly Drum Project members will be on site to talk and answer questions, so stick around!


Scott plays Meinl Percussion, Tama Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Vic Firth Sticks and Remo Heads.

Philly Drum Project is a Percussive Collective, founded in 2011, dedicated to making drumming more accessible in the Philadelphia area by helping those in our region share lessons, beats, and gear in an environment where community, creativity, education, and diversity are valued.

Beats, Brews, & Banter is a periodic free event that has featured such drummers as Eric Slick (Dr. Dog), Spanky McCurdy (Jill Scott, Lady Gaga), David Uosikkinen (The Hooters), Charlie Hall (War on Drugs), and Fred Berman (Amos Lee).
