Thundering Taiko percussion and visually stunning folk movements balance in unison as Tamagawa, a top-ranking thirty-piece troupe from Japan bombards the Bride’s stage for the 7th year. Rooted in ancient Japanese tradition, Tamagawa’s high-energy performances have garnered competitive awards in Japan as well as rave reviews in the states. As part of the annual Cherry Blossom Festival, the decorated troupe returns to Philadelphia to deliver another breathtaking performance.
