Our monthly Beats, Brews, & Banter event is April 5th at The Fire (4th and Girard) from 7:00PM - 9:00PM. Beats, Brews, & Banter is a free monthly event that gives local drummers, musicians, and wannabes a chance to network, share ideas, and learn from some of the best artists in the area.
Our guest this month is Dr. Rob Brosh, Drumset Chair at University of the Arts.
Dr. Rob Brosh teaches drumset, directs a drumset ensemble and a small jazz group. He is a drummer with numerous original jazz combos, the composer of 2 CDs of original drumset music and has written for Modern Drummer and Stick It magazines. He performs in Philadelphia, New York, and Atlantic City as a composer and co-leader for DrumSquared. At this event, Rob will be playing and speaking about one of his many areas of expertise: drumset composition!
