Another fantastic Tuesday Night Jazz lineup in Overbrook at Calabash Restaurant & Banquet in the charismatic/versatile Khary Abdul-Shaheed on Drums, Father Mike Boone on Bass, and Frank Strauss on Piano. Also, we will be celebrating a very hard-fought grassroots campaign by former school teacher/education reform beacon and community leader Leon Williams, who is running for City Council today in the 192nd District! We wish him a most fortunate day at the polls. Music starts at 8:30 and runs til 11:30, at 6208 Lancaster Ave. See you out!
