An evening of guided meditation, art making, yoga, performances, and more. Final Fridays are free with Museum admission.

Grab a keepsake notebook and consider the past twelve months. Designed by memoirist Beth Kephart and artist William Sulit, both workshops will help you create a personal memoir of your year.

DIY Art: Symbolic Stitchery with Artist Marie Elcin
5:30–7:30 p.m.
Create a mandala of concentric shapes with fiber artist Marie Elcin. Learn simple embroidery techniques and center yourself through the meditative repetition of stitching.

Detour with Hariprasad Kowtha
5:45 & 6:30 p.m.
Practice museum mindfulness in this unconventional tour. Seek out peaceful spaces in the building and partake in exercises designed to rejuvenate mind and body.

Holistic Healing: Laughter & Meditation Playshop
6:00 p.m. (program length: 60–80 minutes)
Laugh yourself into wellness with sound healers Laraaji and Arji OceAnanda. This interactive experience features call-and-response chanting, laugh-therapy drills, deep relaxation exercises, and healing meditation.

Dhyana Yoga: Vinyasa with John Vitarelli
6:15 p.m.
Release all that tension from the past year with breath-synchronized movements. Led by John Vitarelli of Dhyana Yoga
