Afro Street Grooves is a mixture of Street Dance & West African Dance all infused into one 60-minute class! The class moves from beginning to end using Afrobeat, House, and Baltimore club music to elevate dancers spirits and bodies on the dance floor. A complete warm up will start the class followed by learning some seriously fun social dances and exciting dance moves. It’s a guarantee sweat session, promoting a fun and healthy lifestyle in an accepting and pro-expression environment! AGES: Teen/Adult
