High Street, West Chester, PA 19380 · ChesterCoHistorical.org Please join Lela Aisha Jones | FlyGround for a performance of traditional dance from Guinea Bissau intertwined with work reflective of the charged U.S. social climate, and inspired by the beautiful daily street grace of diasporic blackness. FlyGround's choreographic work is embodied memoir that encapsulates nuanced, intertwined, and diverse cultural lineages. The performance will also feature live percussion, soundscapes, media, and a brief post performance dialogue based interaction. Admission includes access to galleries, light refreshments.
