June 24, 2017 10:00AM - 3:00PM 4th Annual Caribbean Festival at Reading Terminal Market withkl Trinidelphia

A Warm and Family Friendly Caribbean Cultural and Festive Event. Hosted at the Historic Reading Terminal Market on Saturday, June 24, 2017.
From the market entrance be prepared to be greeted with the sounds of the steelpan by Trinidelphia. Official Kick-off with city, civic and community leaders speeches at 10am, followed by the lively sounds of The Potcakes Junkanoo Band parading the visitor friendly populous Philadelphia destination.
We return to the City Kitchen for our 1st food demo-Jamaican style with traditional Jerk Chicken, Peas & Rice, Plantians and Cabbage.
The Center Court then host our Caribbean style performances and our featured multi-visual performing artist, Erick Picardo from Dominican Republic.
Check out our Caribbean Stall with Taino Art, Afro-Caribbean/Latino Art and Grenadian Influenced Products from Flavour De La Baye and Caribbean Festival Memorabila with Caribbean Treats.
Come out and win a chance to 2 baskets of spice and seasoning products courtesy family-based and owned, Flavour De La Baye.
Our 2nd Food demo will be toasted with a virgin Bahamian drink, Bahama Mama with Bahama Papas.
Face Painting and Kid-Friendly treats for the kids.
