Join Project Capoeira- Ascab Philadelphia and Mestre Doutor in the City Hall Courtyard for a special Capoeira performance. This performance is part of the City of Philadelphia's Culture on Tap initiative managed by the Office of the Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy.
